If no number has been entered, the cursor will return to the entry number field, so return to step 4.
Press the right soft button to save and move the cursor to the name field. If you do not want to change the number, just skip to the next step. Enter the entry number you want to change, or use Volume up/ Volume down to scroll through the list and press the right soft button to move the cursor to the number field. The cursor should be under the first 0 of 0001. This also means you won't have to enter the name again.Ġ001 is the entry number. If someone has changed their number, it is best to edit the entry in this table rather than adding a new entry. Please note that the entries in the CLIP translation table are automatically sorted by phone number, so do not rely on the entry numbers remaining the same. This will only work if CLIP (caller id) is enabled on your telephone lines. If you want the name to be presented for an incoming call, you will also need to enter the name and number in the CLIP translation table. Please note that speed dial entries are not used for incoming calls. Repeat from step 4 to change additional entries.
